The objective is the same for any business and can be summed up in two words: “increase revenue.”

Specifically, we’re focusing on paid memberships/subscriptions and by extension, merchandise.

You obviously understand the impact fanclubs can have on the bottom line, so there’s no need to go deeply into that except to convey my understanding of them.

What hitch might there be?

It comes down to theory vs practice.

When the projects kicked off, they seemed primed to live up to the descriptions given in text and videos.

Exclusive content, better content, more content. Plus opportunities to converse with the artists through the posts they make.

In theory, there should be no need to talk about added value.

In reality, there’s far more to be done than tend to Rosearium or the bracelet. It seems likely that most of those things are far more important to The Rose, TA, and Wf - for the passion and for the income.

The heart, the intention, and the plan are all in place

Here's a hidden third objective

When talking up the bracelet Woosung said, “I’m excited to share this whole process with you. I’m shooting a lot of things, a lot of content, a lot of music related things that’s gonna come out…” In the last ep of Rose Couch, the guys said, “We do have so many things to show” “There’s a lot already prepared and even more to come.” “Stay tuned.”

Making these statements within the membership realm implies that there will be some amount of exclusive content. However, because of the time that has passed since then, it seems that releasing that content on Rosearium (& 4444) has been delayed. And/or they are referring to the recently announced video series that will be publicly available. Either way, there exists video and photos which can be allocated to Rosearium but haven't been revealed yet.

Most of the work of these types of projects - development, production, filming, and editing - essentially relies on creativity and is inherently exciting. If the same people are both creator and administrator, it’s easy to imagine that the hold up is likely occurring on that desk-work back end, but even if these are separate teams, the real problem is the limits of time and energy.

Which brings us to the third objective:

Lessening the workload and the mental load for the artists and current staff.
